My main sport is Team Roping, I've been doing that all my life.
I started running in the spring of 2010.
I Just Run
Just slow recover pace. Running in Gatesville while visiting my parents.
Logged, what I'm calling 3 marathon pace miles. Although they are slower than actual marathon, with the effort, I think that's what they really are. the 5th mile was hard. I did rest a few seconds before and after the faster miles.

Running in Atlanta.

Nice rolling hills.
Entered the Long Beach Half Marathon on October 10th. Hope the foot holds up and I can make some BIG improvements in running.
