Running short on time this morning...slept in a while. Was going to the gym but just ran 4 easy miles instead at home to save time.
Here's how I've been building my miles over the past 8 weeks: 4 miles,6,7,12,15,21,19,22. I'm building to about 30-35 but the 3rd week of August. Then I hope to start training for the San Antonio Rock-n-Roll Marathon (which would be 16 weeks from that time).
