Just an easy 4 mile run this morning in the great weather.

The weatherman now says it will be 47 degrees and 80% humidity at 6:30 am race time. I'm hoping I'm ready. My calf still had couple of instances where I could feel the twinge this morning. I hope it doesn't give me any problems. (It's odd that this just came on after all of my hard work and I was just jogging along at a 9:00 pace.)

I posted my planed race splits on Thursday's blog entry.

"A" Goal  =  3:25:00

"B" Goal  =  DNF
