My main sport is Team Roping, I've been doing that all my life.
I started running in the spring of 2010.
I Just Run
No running since the race on Saturday. I had a pretty bad cold that morning and it's only gotten worse. Hopefully I can start running again tomorrow.
Gym - 2 Miles TM @ 8:00, 2 Miles TM @ 7:45, 1 Mile TM @ 7:30, Upper Body Weights inbetween runs.
Hopefully I'm back on track for training now. Great running weather this morning so I went a little longer than planned. Mile 4 was the nasty hill and the last three miles I picked up the pace to very hard effort at the end.
7 miles easy at 9:15 pace. For some reason my fpot was swollen up and very uncomfortable today... :-(
