10 Miles Big Loop. Started late so it was a little warm but the DP was low.  HR effort was good but mental effort was hard.

Okay...Here is my BIG run for this marathon training session. 22 miles. Man do I dread stepping out the door to do a run like this! All went pretty well, I ran out 5.5 where I stashed some Poweraid, and then back home twice to make the total 22 miles. Although I am always hoping for better results, this was okay based on my current fit level. One more 20 miler next week and I'll be done for improvement. Today I only drank Poweraid and took one gel at the halfway point. This really helped. I could have used at least one more gel and probably had a little more energy to finish a little stronger. I was feeling somewhat fatigued at the end.

Easy Recovery Run. Everything is holding together after the 20 miler! That's a good thing. :-)
