Tried a 3 mile run today. The foot seems a little better but I'm afraid if I run too much on it it will just get worse.
Legs were a little tired after yesterday's long bike ride.

RT, It started right at the end of my Boston training. I though I was just getting calluses on the ball of my feet from running a lot but now I know it was a side effect of the problem.
Joe, They are much more friendly now they know I'm not really running. :-)
