Nice diversion day....we all need more of these! This kind of training day just helps bring sanity and clarity to your training regimen into focus and bolister your commitment and moral, not to mention a breather to help heal up some of those running dings and dangs to your body. 😎👌

March 3rd is coming fast, 14 days and a wakeup, have you got your running attire all set out for the big day at the Woodlands Marathon? Are you doing a two or three week taper? What is your carb load routine? What do you eat? Are you thinking "BQ"?

From Rye on Sat, Feb 17, 2018 at 17:44:13 from 75.174.17.190

Sounds like a fun run!

From I Just Run on Sat, Feb 17, 2018 at 19:27:57 from 199.38.187.9

Tom,

Not sure about the race attire, who knows what the weather will be like here in Texas...???

I'm doing a 3 week taper but I'm not much on carb loading. I've tried it and seem to feel too puffed up when I do that.

The whole intent of this race is for a "safe" BQ. Anything other than that will be a complete failure!
