Last mid-distance run before Boston. I wasn't feeling that good and it was hot and humid too. The plan called for a 75% effort run at 13 miles so that's what I did. I simply leveled out to a consistant effort with a HR of about 145 and ran the miles. You can see my pace varies 30 seconds based on the terrain of the rolling hills. :-)

No run on Monday and just a couple more short/easy days left.

I believe Tom S, Hillbilly Runner, JG and Myself are all in Wave 2 - Corral 4. Tom K is in Wave 2 - Corral 1 (showoff!).

I'm back in Wave 3/Corral 5. I wish I was starting a half hour sooner like you young fast guys.Just be careful what ever you do not to try to get a full training cycle done in the last week of taper. Adjust your race goals to match your training.

Ha ha ... I'll be looking over my shoulder in anticipation of you catching me! Thanks for the advice, my week is pretty easy and I may even cut it down depending on how I feel. I think 7 tomorrow and 4-5 the other days.

Showoff? Funny stuff. Where's (Un)SlowJoe, RattleTrap, and DerHammer starting?

From I Just Run on Mon, Apr 14, 2014 at 11:16:39 from 67.79.11.242

Tom Showoff Special-K,

I believe TurboJoe, Rattle Runner and The Hammer are all in Wave 1. I was trying to keep up with everyone but kinda lost track. I'll find out.

From I Just Run on Mon, Apr 14, 2014 at 11:28:18 from 67.79.11.242

SlowJoe - 1/4

DerHammer - 1/7

RattleTrap - 1/3 (I think?)

Looks like your prayers are working. Current forecast of 58/43 mostly cloudy with little wind should mean fast times. Looking forward to tracking your progress 1 week from now.
