I don't know why by I hate these type runs!

All I can think about when I run like this is how tire I feel and how bored I am and why am I doing this. I don't know what it is about this LHR stuff but it just drive me nuts.

After scanning back and forth through your post to see where it says "Good run..." I finally read the next comment and learned it wasn't there anymore.

I can relate. This past year has been mostly boring runs for me until September. There's no challenge to it so it becomes going through the motions.
