Another Long Run that went well! This is the same run I did twice in January. Results then were (7:41 Pace @ 149 HR and 7:43 Pace @ 152 HR). I feel I have made good progress in these long runs.

I think I'm getting close to being able to run a 3:16 marathon but still a long way off from a 3:10.

Great run. You are looking really good. I'm already hoping you have great weather in Boston. If you can run in regular temps with low humidity you will fly.

70 days out, and you are just Nailing It! Great work, IJR.

Wow! You are ready to bring it to Boston! You will be wearing your finisher medal before I get over heartbreak hill :)

Nice 5 mile progressive splits! That is really impressive Preston!

This is actually the fastest I've ever run 20 miles and with the best HR. I'm wondering how I could pace better to average even a lower time. This was manageable but I did push fairly hard at the end (but not all out). This would equal a 3:18 marathon...I think I can do that for sure. How much faster I'm not sure.
