Great training Preston ... a quick look at the graph view shows 3 consecutive weeks with 63+ miles ... that is a first for you. With two weeks to go, scale it back a bit & stay healthy ... you will be as ready for those last 6 miles as you ever have been!

Thanks JG for being a pilar of reason for me! :-) I'm really happy with the last several weeks of running. I need to remember this feeling next year when I am training. It seems my body has gotten over a hump and now likes what it's doing. I don't know how I'll race but it's been fun getting to this point.
