Cross-Training Day today. I wore an orange shirt to do my workout :-) Went to the Gym and did the same routine I did last week which equaled 8 miles on the elliptical and weights and stretching in between sets of 2 miles. I don't really like the elliptical so I break the run up to keep from getting too board.

11/30/11

Gym workout:
2 mile Elliptical
Weights

Okay, what's your address so I can hook you up with something besides orange! I guess I am a boring and dull person....with no energy and zest!

I'll make an attempt to lay off the orange jokes for a while. Maybe I should ask if it helps your speed and then I might take the plunge into orangedom.

Hey Rye,

Regarding the orange and my speed, my paces speak for themselves...Oh, wait a minute I'm not that fast...Let me get back to you with a better response ;-)

I LOVE ORANGE! I have some orange shorts and two orange running shoes. It just seems to make me feel good and does make me feel like I have some energy. It makes me happy! I should have worn orange today....I needed it! Still do...I better get some orange on, maybe that will help me out today! I am trying to get Christmas lights out and on before a storm hits!

8 miles has got to feel good! Nice run IJR!

Hey Steam,

Did you buy the two orange shoes as a pair? :-) That's the way I typically buy them. Sorry about your weather...now I'm glad I live in Texas.

From Steam8 on Wed, Nov 30, 2011 at 17:19:24 from 166.70.55.77

Ha! 4 shoes, two pair! :)

BLACK and cloudy right now. A snow storm is about to hit. It was cold and sunny this morning. It is okay, we need the snow so that we can hit the ski slopes soon!

From Steam8 on Wed, Nov 30, 2011 at 17:20:05 from 166.70.55.77

Hey, I better start looking for some orange ski pants and coat! Yeeehooooo! That makes me happy just thinking of it! :)

Almost everyone I saw on the trail today was wearing orange, might have had something to do with the periodic shotgun blast that I heard!

I'll have to try the elliptical again someday ... I always feel so awkward on those things!
