Still struggling to keep up some mileage so I can make it through the Chosen Half on the 21st. Went back to the physical therapist doctor today, he wants me to go back to the foot doctor and find out how much stress can be put on the toe and joint.

I've lost a lot since my last run similar to this one about a month ago.

That my good friend is an awesome run with a kicker last mile! Hope the foot stays healthy, be proud of how you have battled through and bounced back!

Was this run doctor approved? It's pretty impressive! I hope you get some much needed good news.

Based on that run, it looks like you are ready for the half next week. Good luck.

With a little rest, I think you'll be ready. Good luck - I'll probably be wishing I'd decided to join you again in NB instead of my race choice...
