 The weather was GREAT!

Matthew 8:26-27

He *said to them, "Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it became perfectly calm. The men were amazed, and said, "What kind of a man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?"

Looks like a fun workout. Based on this, I suspect you'll find the sub-7 pace challenging but within your grasp at the race. Interesting that your heart rate peaked on the 2nd 1/2 M pace mile and was actually lower than that on the last one.

DL

that's the terrain. I tried to pace by time and not effort.

Joe,

I made up this workout...why, are you laughing? :-)

No running tomorrow, which is actually today now.

From SlowJoe on Fri, Oct 25, 2013 at 10:55:53 from 168.215.171.129

Nah, it was probably a good idea to get the wheels spinning at the right speed prior to your race. Good luck!!
