8 Easy miles in the gym.
I'm taking it pretty easy this week going into the race on Saturday. It looks like the temp should be in the low 50's. I have run this race twice before (1:35:55 and 1:33:44). I'm hoping to run a 1:31:33 (6:59 pace). This would be a minute or so off my fastest Half but my fastest was on a much easier course.
