Today was a good day running. I ran my small loop+ to make 7 miles. I ran the same loop Sunday and seemed to struggle even though I only ran 5 fast and 3/4 slow then. Even after 7 today I felt like I could run quit a bit further :-) I think my hip is going to be fine, no pain so far.

Awesome to hear the running is going better with no injuries. Looks like you are being smart about easing back into things.

Great run! Fast pace and no injuries! I suspect you will have a great Fall season!

Great news. Times look good with hr. Running injury free is not overrated!

Yay for no pain! WOW...what a run! 7 miles after all of this time off and what speed! I am riding my exercise bike every morning and trying to stay off of my foot. I am hoping that when I start running again I will be as fast as you are. I am actually liking my morning bike ride. My hub runs 3 miles on the treadmill next to me and we chat. It has been a nice change.

Thanks everyone,

I was a little worried this morning when I got up (at 3:50am) because I seemed kinda sore but now I think it was just a lack of rest. No running or biking today because of a business trip to Ft Worth...that's probably a good thing (rest)!

From Kelli on Thu, Sep 29, 2011 at 21:37:32 from 71.219.67.175

3:50???? That is so NOT fun. Not HUMAN. NOT NORMAL. ;o)
