From I Just Run on Tue, Sep 20, 2016 at 12:31:29 from 22.214.171.124.I can't wait to see what you can do at the CIM marathon! BTW...can you quit posting those 50 degree weather conditions? ...It's depressing me! :-(. I certainly don't miss the high heat and humidity runs. Good on you for getting out and getting them done, stay hydrated!!!
Hey IJR, so you've run the CIM before, I didn't see it in your running accomplishments list. But I did see it on marathonguide.com and you really had a good run! how about some great tips to run CIM, what are the course tricks, is it really all gentle down hill? I see that the best part of the first half is rolly polly bumps in the road, so my super hill training will get me ready for this new marathon. What year did you run it and what were the temps, start and finish for you?
