Another track day on the RLRF program. I think I was too excited to start out with and ran my warm-up and my first 1000 too fast. I throttled back on the other three to bring them into the training range. I was pretty beat at the end so I took my cool-down pretty slow. My legs were still tired from my bike ride yesterday. I also forgot my HR monitor so I have no idea what my HR was on these repeats.

My legs were a little tired after the 22 mile bike ride yesterday evening. Recoveries were walk/jog. I was pretty tired as evident in my slow cool-down run.

Run for you. I have a funeral to conduct this morning but I will be joining you shortly.

Hey Smooth, good to hear from you! The run was tiring but I did what I wanted to do. Thanks about my daughter, she is a doll, I love her very much and love doing things with her.

Rye, I can't wait to see your results. I think you will do fine on this one. Sorry about the funeral.

Orange just makes you feel fast. I even have an orange biking jersey.

Great intervals. My first one is usually way too fast or way too slow as well. All sub-6 pace though, can't complain about that!

Love the orange. No wonder you are so fast.

Seems like I am in the minority with the orange color......maybe I should stop the badgering.... Nah

You know you go from orange to red to flames, and you know who wears flames ? :-)
