I had planned to take it easy today (Sunday) but then I read Sloe Joe's run report for the day and became convicted that I should do something. Since the only time I had to run was from 2 til 4 I decided to just run on the treadmill. I hanen't done this before but I watched a movie the whole time (Unstoppable). It was pretty good (both the movie and the run while watching).

Hah - isn't this blog great? That was probably a nice recovery from your 10K anyway.

Check out those guns in your profile pic. Remind me never to piss you off!

LOL ... But I'm OLD...!

How do you like my all orange running gear (head band, shirt & shoes). I'm depending on orange power...!

Oh... You should see the guy who beat me in the race. I'm going to attach a picture of him and you'll know immediatly why he be me.

2 hour run on the tread and dread?! That is impressive! I'd only last an hour. I do throw a movie in when I have to get on the elliptical. It does seem to help the time go by.

Nice pic! It is no wonder you are good at Team Roping! I bet the cows are afraid! ha!

Ha Steam8,

I think you looked at the wrong picture. I'm the funny looking one in orange (on my blog picture). The "buff" guy in my report is the guy I raced with :-)

You know, I don't mind the treadmill that much. Maybe it's because I haven't been running long enough for it to really wear on me but I really don't like the elipitical. The elipitical seems much harder than the treadmill. I ran two mile on monday and it seemed as if I had run six miles. Maybe I'm doing it wrong or maybe it's supposed to be hard...?
