It's getting better quickly. I've been icing it 3 to 5 times a day. Taking Glucosemine. I had x-rays done on Thursday and an appointment this Wednesday. It doesn't hurt at all except when I bend it at 90 degrees and then not much. Last week it felt the same and I ran (too much) on it and it got real sore again. I almost decided to run a mile on it this morning but backed out. We'll see what the doctor says on Wednesday. I'm still hoping to be running in a week or so...gives me a week or so of running before OKC...

Didn't the Dr tell you "then don't bend it at 90 degrees!" :-)

Ha ha...I haven't seen the Dr yet. I see him on Wednesday...so Ill keep bending it until I'm told no to.. :-)

Hope it goes well on Wednesday and you're back to running soon. Injuries have a way of coming at the worst possible time.
