Well, I accomplished one thing this week, this is my highest milage week ever...! I even took one day off from running. I did have a lot of long days and probably didn't get enough sleep.

Next week I plan to run about 75 miles if everything goes well. Tomorrow is 20, hopefully at my target marathon pace...we'll see how that goes.

Hey Flatlander,

Well, tomorrow is kinda a test to see if I can really hold up for a full marathon at a BQ qualifying time. Haven't looked at the weather yet but plan to start at 6:00am, 20 miles to church. I put water bottles on the side of the road every 4 miles (that's kinda weird picking up bottles on the side of the road, even if you are the one who put them there) to make sure I have enough water. If I can pull this run off I will convinence myself that I can actually achieve my goal. It seems almost like a race day...!

WATCH THE SLEEP! When you increase miles, you have to get increased sleep to avoid injury!! I found that out personally, but I was just reminded of it again by reading Allie's blog!
