My main sport is Team Roping, I've been doing that all my life.
I started running in the spring of 2010.
I Just Run
It was windy and cold today so I went to the gym.
12 Miles Total.

Good call on running indoors, even though boring. Take it easy and keep getting better. Those killer T cells need you to rest so they can get their job done of healing you.
Sounds like you're just about healed...I agree, easy running for a bit longer then attack next week!
