Much better today! Finally I felt like I could breath. I still have a rattling in my chest but I didn't bother me too much.

Today's schedule called for 10 easy miles, 6 in the morning and 4 in the evening. I can't run this evening (roping practice) so I had to do all 10 this morning.

I felt very comfortable running this pace. I figure my recovery HR at 137 so this run was just slightly above that. It's funny that not too long ago my HR would have run 10-12 beats per minute faster for the same run.

I hope I'm back...I think I'm back!

Nice Run, IJR! I hope you are back, too! Although if you keep matching my runs like this, I will not be able to catch up to your miles!

It is warmer there than it is here! Crazy stuff!

Colds of any kind are a bummer. They're terrible when they get into your chest though.

What's with all of the 10.2 mile runs today?! You, Tom, me...

Nice run!

Good to see you back in the groove. Very nice pace for that heart rate. Funny how different this run is than yesterday's.
