My hip pain seems to be getting better. I went ahead and took two vitamin-I before bed last night and two again this morning. I went to the gym to ride the elliptical and run on the TM ... the meatheads were much nicer to me today. It's funny, my milage is higher this week than it's been for months. I feel somwhat guilty about logging elliptical miles as running miles (although the elliptical miles seem harder than actually running to me). I'm thinking about another 20 on the TM tomorrow...but just thinking right now.

Just make sure you mop-up after that 20 :)

Nice job! Ride your bike 20 & run 10!

RT...by all means I will mop-up...I may be fast but those guys could easily get me cornered in the gym :-(

JG...that sounds appealing but my whole week has been a mess on time schedule. I won't be in town on Saturday (another roping...man the're getting in the way of my running) and church functions all day Sunday. That leaves only Friday morning to get in my workout and I really don't want to start biking at 4:30am. I guess I could ride the stationary bike for 20 miles (man...I'm already dreading it!) and then run the TM for 10.

Good luck in your roping event! Have a great workout whatever your body tells you to do! :)

Dang meatheads...maybe take some of that 409 and pour it into their muscle milk...

I echo JG, don't push it unless it feels right tomorrow. Nice running and crosstraining today and good luck this weekend!
